Are you looking for the perfect holiday destination on the Italian Riviera, which not only offers you peace and quiet, beautiful beaches, sunshine and sea, but also plenty of opportunities for activities and lovely trips in the local area? Then you have come to the right place.

Our holiday villa, which sleeps 8, is set in a hillside location on the Mediterranean coast, less than 130 metres from the azure sea. The house provides a stunning 180-degree unobstructed sea view and was entirely renovated and modernised in 2009 in the Ligurian style. Around the house there is a breathtaking terrace and the garden offers all the privacy you could ask for. Besides the sunshine, the terrace also offers enough shade to allow you to enjoy it at any time of the year. Our holiday villa has its own swimming pool (7,40 x 3,75 m).

The ground floor:

The house covers an area of approximately 140 square metres. The large cosy kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with all modern amenities, including an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge- freezer, a breadmaker and a variety of electrical appliances. All the windows provide a sea view. There is a separate lounge with a fantastic view, a sizeable sofa (which doubles up as a sofa bed) and French windows which open onto the terrace on the west side of the house. You can spend lazy summer evenings dining here until late into the night.

The upper level:

The upper level consists of three spacious bedrooms, all with a sea view, one of which boasts French windows and a balcony. All rooms have two beds with lovely soft mattresses and the floors are tiled with authentic Ligurian tiles. The modern bathroom has been completely renovated and comes fitted with a sink, a shower cubicle, a toilet and a bidet. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

Studio:

The ‘Cantina’ (a small studio adjoining the house) has its own bathroom and a luxury sofa bed for two.
