You have to pay at least half the rent in advance within seven days of making your booking. The remaining amount must be paid at least 6 weeks before the beginning of your stay with us.
The prices are inclusive of energy, gas, water, electricity and bed linen and exclusive of the departure cleaning charge (€ 100,-) and the deposit (€ 100,-). The house must be vacated in a ‘broom clean’ condition. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 3 weeks of the end of your visit.
